How to Order Products
Please proceed to the checkout screen from the cart at the top right of this site.
Registered Members: You will need to log in.
Guests: You can purchase without registering as a member. In this case, please enter your customer information during the checkout process.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept orders for shipment outside of Japan.
- Please note that prices on the website may differ from prices in physical stores.
- We may limit the number of items sold. Please check each product page carefully.
Payment
We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery (COD), and In-Store Payment.
- Credit Card: We accept various credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
- Bank Transfer: Please transfer funds to:

- Account Type: Ordinary (“Futsu”)

- Cash on Delivery (COD): We use Sagawa e-Collect. You can pay via cash, credit card, or debit card upon delivery.
- In-Store Payment: You can pay via Credit Card, PayPay, or Cash at the Water Japan physical store.
Shipping
- Orders over ¥5,000 (excluding tax): Free shipping nationwide.
- Orders under ¥5,000 (excluding tax): Flat rate of ¥550 nationwide.
Carrier: Sagawa Express
Consumption Tax
10% (Rounded to the nearest yen).
Returns
1. Out of Stock Exchanges: If a replacement item is not available for an exchange, we may not be able to fulfill the request. In such cases, we will process a refund after the returned item arrives at our facility and its condition is verified. Please note that any points earned from the purchase of the returned item will be invalidated.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or dirty due to transit, or if the wrong item is sent (wrong size, color, or product), we will exchange or refund it at our expense (we cover shipping costs).
3. Size Exchanges: We accept size exchanges one time only. We will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the original item and the delivery of the replacement item.
4. Customer Convenience (Returns/Exchanges):
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used even once.
- If the item is unused, we will accept returns or exchanges, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following states:
- The item has been dirtied or damaged by the customer.
- Tags, manuals, boxes, or other accessories are missing.
- The item has been worn outside.
